Project Manager

What you will be doing

• Act as a point of reference and management support source for the project teams and support project team members to focus efforts and resources for completion.
• Audit and check on performance and compliance of technical and planning teams to established contractual requirements, standards and practices. Return variances with clear comments and instructions for corrections.
• Be the effective interface with the project delivery teams.
• Be the liaison and interact as effective Project Leader with both Pace internal teams and also the Client’s representatives and Contractor’s leads as applicable.
• Be the owner of the actual project and its’ Project Status Report.

HRIS Specialist

What you will be doing

• Analyse stakeholder requirements to understand their needs and challenges, propose tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT teams to review and refine HR processes, ensuring optimal utilisation of system capabilities and promoting effective user adoption.
• Configure SuccessFactors modules to meet requirements and drive continuous process improvements, enhancing system functionality and user experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive HRIS documentation, including training materials, user guides, and operational manuals, to support ongoing learning and system utilisation.

Sr. Electrical Engineer

About the Role

• The Senior Electrical Engineer will be instrumental in the design of electrical systems as per client requirements, considering health and safety regulations. 
• The incumbent will handle multiple electrical design projects simultaneously working closely with Pace leaders, client representatives, and managing subordinates to execute electrical designs and peers in a cross-functional work environment.

Bid Manager 

What you will be doing

• * Convene round-table meetings with stakeholders to inform a robust, auditable and criteria-driven approach to each opportunity.
• * Create, and include others as appropriate, review an opportunity story board and provide innovative input which optimizes the bid.
• * Ensure visual clarity, attractiveness and salience as well as financial robustness based on an analysis of the client’s profile.
• * Lead and manage the performance, conduct, development and engagement of the Bid Team.
• * Lead the proposal handover to Operations to support the so that the Project Management and the design team have the background before the project kick-off.
