Position

Government Relations and Administrative Affairs Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls and email communication efficiently

• Support clients by responding to inquiries professionally and promptly

• Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve issues effectively

• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

• Monitor staff attendance and prepare daily reports

• Handle government-related tasks (in person and online platforms)

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading)

• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office

• Adequate knowledge of government processes in Kuwait

• Experience in handling personnel and HR matters

• Ability to organize files and update employee data regularly

• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking

Benefits

• Working days: Sunday to Thursday

• Monthly salary: 350–400 KWD
