Required Jobs In Combined Contracting Group and their details:

Application Engineer - SAP HCM / SF

Job Responsbilities

• • To analyze the existing business process design, test, propose suitable solutions and maintain ERP systems to streamline business processes.
• • To work on ERP implementations for applicable modules.
• • To work as an interface between business and system integrator for project requirements throughout implementation phases.
• • To co-ordinate with other team members on the process/issues integrated with other modules.
• • To co-ordinate and follow up with ERP support partner for incidents raised, developments and other consulting.
• • Manage authorization assignment to users as per the approvals from Project Manager and Department Managers.
• • To work on other module issues during the absence of respective core team members.
• • Documentation of design, Functional & technical specifications, installation instructions, and other system – related information.

• • To develop reports based on the requirement and business needs according to ERP standard tools (report painter/queries).
• • To perform system configuration and enhancement respective module based on business requirement.
• • To conduct training sessions to the end users and prepare end user training manuals.
• • To provide Technical Guidance and Support for the Development and troubleshooting of systems.
• • Monitor Quarterly updates from ERP systems and perform testing.
• • To update issue log register for incidents raised.
• • Abide to safety regulations as per HSE policy/manual.
• • Maintain safe work place.
• • To ensure that the solutions/system changes are made without any negative impact on the business process.
• • To ensure appropriate security and privacy measures are implemented on technology solutions to protect Company data from intentional or accidental misuse.

Project Secretary

Job Responsbilities

• • To welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person.
• • To answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
• • To manage the daily agenda of the Direct Manager and schedule meetings and follow up appointments.
• • To prepare and distribute correspondence and memos to concerned person or department.
• • To maintain and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
• • To book meeting rooms as requested by the Direct Manager.
• • To sort, classify, file and retrieve information, according to content, purpose, user criteria or numerical order.
• • Scan documents and print files, when needed.
• • To maintain confidentiality of all documents and information.
• • To perform any other duties as assigned by Direct Manager.
• • Abide to safety regulations as per HSE policy/manual.
• •  Non- Disclosure policy as per CGC Non- Disclosure Procedure and Kuwait labor law.
• • Maintain safe work place.
