Are you a seasoned engineering professional looking to take the next step in your career? Join a major KOC Maintenance Contract and lead critical services in Kuwait’s energy sector. We're seeking a highly experienced Contract Managing Engineer to ensure operational efficiency and strategic contract execution.

Position

Contract Managing Engineer (CME)

Basic Salary: KD 1400

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and performance of the KOC maintenance contract

Establish manning levels and resource deployment

Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost-efficiency standards

Support strategic decisions to improve operations and manage service execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering from a recognized university

Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in energy, oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical maintenance services

At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role

Strong decision-making and supervisory skills

Transferable residency required
