Required jobs in Dar MEC Engineering Consulting company and their details:

1-Junior Architect

Duties:

• Assist the Head Architect in developing designs, drawings, and 3D renderings.
• Prepare and update architectural plans, ensuring designs comply with building codes and KM rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with other architects and engineers.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Help prepare design presentations for clients.
• Create detailed drawings and material specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Professional work ethic and appearance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other software such as 3DMAX, Photoshop, Lumion, and SketchUp.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills.
• Capability to read and interpret engineering or architectural plans.
• Adherence to company policies and timekeeping standards.
• Consistently meets assigned deadlines.

2-Project Design Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design phase for government-sector buildings.
• Develop comprehensive schematic designs, progressing through to detailed design and working drawings.
• Prepare and review ITB documents to meet project requirements.
• Create detailed and visually compelling 3D designs.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Incorporate Kuwait Municipality laws to the projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum BSc. in Architectural Engineering from a qualified university.
• Proven experience in architectural design of government-sector buildings.
• Expertise in schematic and detailed design, including preparation of working drawings and ITB documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Dmax.
• Well-versed with Kuwait Municipaliy rules and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expert in Arabic and English.
