Job Title: Sales Consultant – Food Safety and Pest Management Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Food Safety and Pest Management sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the training and technical teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that address client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales
- Kuwaiti valid driving license is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and pest management practices is a plus.
Business Development/Sales Consultant

This may include attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and strengthen business relationships.
- Engaging in negotiations and dialogues pertaining to contracts, leveraging skills to secure advantageous deals and collaborations that align with the company's strategic goals, while fostering enduring relationships with stakeholders.
- Engaging in tight-knit collaboration with sales and marketing departments, actively participating in the ideation and implementation of influential business development endeavors, while concurrently forging and enhancing crucial business connections.
- Developing and executing strategic roadmaps to amplify the customer portfolio and augment revenue diversity, encompassing the creation of customized proposals for persuasive client engagement.
- Employing market insights and trend analysis to uncover untapped business prospects and promising partnerships that will drive the company's growth agenda.
- Collaborating intimately with sales and marketing teams, playing a pivotal part in the formulation and execution of potent business development campaigns and initiatives, while also fostering and reinforcing key business associations.
- Analyzing market trends and conducting comprehensive research to unearth new business opportunities and partnerships that will fuel the company's expansion efforts.
DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST
- Proficient in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's bottom line.
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint emerging market segments, customer demands, and competitive differentiators, delivering actionable insights for informed business choices.
- Skilled at crafting and executing forward-thinking business development strategies, resulting in increased profitability and extended market presence by staying attuned to market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability in building and sustaining strong relationships with critical clients, associates, and stakeholders, promoting synergy and uncovering new avenues for business advancement.
- Experienced in effective communication, exhibiting robust presentation and interpersonal skills, competent in elucidating intricate ideas and value propositions to a wide array of audiences, both internal and external, nurturing concord and encouragement for business development initiatives.
