We Are Hiring – Receptionist at Best Western PLUS Kuwait

Be part of an internationally recognized hotel brand known for comfort, service, and professionalism. Best Western PLUS Kuwait is seeking a warm, well-organized, and experienced Receptionist to join our front desk team and be the first smiling face our guests see.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

• Handle reservations, guest requests, and inquiries professionally.

• Use Opera system to manage bookings and daily operations.

• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or hotel management.

• Proficiency in Opera system is a must.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.

• Valid transferable residency (Visa 18).

• Ready to join immediately.
