Commercial Product Development Manager
Job Summary:
- To identify, evaluate, and drive the successful development and launch of commercially sourced food and beverage products under the KDD brand, working with third-party manufacturers.
- The role supports the strategic goal of expanding KDD’s market presence and revenue through incremental volume that bypasses in-house manufacturing constraints.
General Manager - Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership, aligning marketing efforts with overall company goals.
Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, including product managers, trade marketing professionals, advertising specialists, and market researchers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.
Regional Expertise:
- Leverage a minimum of 20 years of diverse marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the GCC region.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
TIG Welder
Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Perform various welding operations such as Arc, TIG, Rod, and MIG/MAG welding, particularly within the food processing environment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance welding on plant machinery, pipelines, tanks, and structural components.
- Ensure all welding tasks meet food industry hygiene and quality standards.
- Assist in the installation and fabrication of mechanical parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for routine and emergency maintenance needs.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the welding work area.
- Ensure compliance with KDD’s safety protocols and State of Kuwait HSE regulations.
- Work with production and other departments as needed for smooth operations.
- Support documentation of work done and update maintenance records accordingly.
Regional Sales Manager – West
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with SKFC’s overall growth objectives.
- Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including participation in tenders.
- Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives and in-market activation plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Ensure excellence in sales execution, order fulfillment, and collections.
- Uphold the company’s code of conduct and foster a high-performance sales culture.
