Food & Beverage – Kitchen
🔹 Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine
- Responsible for leading a specific section of the Italian kitchen, ensuring high standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste.
- Must have expertise in Italian culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Supports menu development and training of junior staff.
- Works closely with the Executive Chef to maintain authenticity and quality.
- Creativity, time management, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
🔹 Demi Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine
- Assists the Chef de Partie in managing daily kitchen operations within the Italian section.
- Prepares ingredients, supervises commis chefs, and ensures the highest hygiene and safety standards.
- Ideal for candidates aiming to step up into leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Italian dishes and consistency in execution are key expectations.
🔹 Chef de Partie – Employee Cafeteria
- Leads the culinary team that serves internal hotel staff.
- Prepares balanced, nutritious, and flavorful meals while managing kitchen operations efficiently.
- Plans daily menus tailored to staff needs.
- This role requires organizational skills, flexibility, and a passion for internal hospitality excellence.
🔹 Commis I & II
- Entry-level kitchen positions supporting chefs with prep work, ingredient organization, and dish plating.
- A great opportunity to grow within a luxury hospitality kitchen. Candidates must be eager to learn, follow instructions, and uphold hygiene standards.
- Suitable for recent graduates or culinary school students.
Food & Beverage – Service
🔹 Female Banquets Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)
- Oversees banquet service operations, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Coordinates with kitchen and event teams to meet guest expectations.
- Arabic language skills are essential to communicate effectively with local clients.
- This leadership role demands experience in luxury service and team supervision.
- Flexibility and client service mindset are vital.
🔹 Barista
- Prepares and serves a wide range of specialty coffee and beverages with precision and artistry.
- Maintains cleanliness of the coffee bar and engages guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Ideal candidates will have knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for coffee culture are key.
🔹 F&B Server (Waiter)
- Provides exceptional table service to guests in the restaurant or banquet areas.
- Takes orders, recommends menu items, and ensures a refined dining experience.
- The role requires a polished appearance, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
