HVAC Technician
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF units, and exhaust systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdown calls promptly.
- Coordinate with engineering and guest services to resolve temperature-related guest concerns efficiently.
- Ensure energy efficiency and compliance with hotel safety standards.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and logs.
Handyman (General Technician)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Handle tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, and furniture fixes.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete daily tasks as assigned.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
- Support engineering team in preventive maintenance activities.
ELV Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all low voltage systems across the hotel.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for project implementation and maintenance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per hotel standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service reports.
Front Office Receptionist
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth and professional check-in/check-out process.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently using Opera PMS.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and guest concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Ensure all front office procedures follow hotel standards and brand guidelines.
Kids Club Attendant
What we need from you:
- Prior experience working with children in a hospitality, daycare, or recreational setting is an advantage.
- A friendly, energetic, and patient personality.
- Strong creativity in planning and conducting kids’ activities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holiday periods.
