We’re offering you the chance to join a collaborative team where your operational skills directly support hundreds of employees and contribute to a smoother, more reliable HR ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all social insurance forms (S1, S2, S6, etc.), submit them to the Social Insurance Office, archive them properly, and manage car insurance certificates to remain fully compliant with legal standards.

• Handle the entire range of social insurance tasks, including inspection cases, medical committee referrals, work injury claims, pension settlements, service period purchases, and issuing related documents.

• Manage the government health insurance process, including receiving Form 111, issuing insurance cards, processing wage reimbursements, and preparing relevant letters to uphold employee rights.

• Accurately calculate attendance records to ensure fair application of policies that safeguard both employee and company interests.

• Complete the full termination process: resignations, absence tracking, clearance, final settlements, document handovers, and issuing experience certificates.

• Address daily employee complaints and inquiries with professionalism and discretion, boosting workplace productivity.

• Regularly update and maintain the HR employee database, resolving any arising issues swiftly.

Requirements

• Practical experience with social and health insurance procedures.

• Strong understanding of local labor law regulations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Location

Downtown & Abu Rawash – transportation provided.
