Senior RPA UiPath Developer

 Role Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in UiPath and a strong foundation in SQL and .NET.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), a deep understanding of UiPath automation, and proficiency in the development of scalable automation solutions. 
• The candidate must also possess the UiARD (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) certification to ensure a deep understanding of RPA best practices and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• 💠Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using UiPath RPA platform.
• 💠Develop, maintain, and support automation scripts, leveraging UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other related tools.
• 💠Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• 💠Perform system integration, and data extraction using SQL and .NET technologies to support automation efforts.
• 💠Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers to ensure best practices in RPA development.
• 💠Troubleshoot and resolve issues with bots and automation solutions in a timely manner.
• 💠Implement and support RPA solutions in compliance with best practices, security, and governance frameworks.
• 💠Provide ongoing support and monitoring of live automation processes.
• 💠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• 💠Create and maintain detailed documentation related to RPA processes, workflows, and solutions.
• 💠Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and UiPath capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
• 📍UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is a must.
• 📍Extensive hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath.
• 📍Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
• 📍Strong programming skills in .NET (C# or VB.NET), with the ability to integrate automation solutions with .NET applications.
• 📍Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

• 📍Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, deployment, and monitoring of RPA bots.
• 📍Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and develop RPA solutions to improve efficiency.
• 📍Experience with API integrations, web services, and working with structured/unstructured data.
• 📍Ability to debug and troubleshoot automation processes.
• 📍Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• 📍Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• 📍Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
