• Within the field of the real estate, the Company manages, markets, leases and maintains all types of real estate whether the ones owned by it or by others through its administrative and technical qualified personnel, in addition to selling and purchasing real estate to its interests and to others, organizing real estate auctions, carrying out real estate brokerage works, evaluating real estate for others, establishing and providing consultancies and managing real estate portfolios to it and to others.

Real Estate Complex Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the complex and ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor maintenance, cleaning, security, and general services.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors and evaluate their performance.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management and monitor performance indicators.
• Deal with tenant complaints and comments and resolve them efficiently.
• Monitor compliance with real estate and public safety regulations and laws.

Job Requirements:

• A university degree in business administration, engineering, real estate, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing real estate complexes.
• High organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and real estate systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

• تأسست شركة الإنماء العقارية (ش.م.ك.) بتاريخ 15/8/1993 برأس مال قدره مليون دينار كويتي وهي من أوائل الشركات التي أسسها بيت التمويل الكويتي وتعمل وفقاً لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية. 
• ونظراً لتنوع أنشطتها والأداء المتميز الذي حققته خلال السنوات الأربع من عملها فقد قررت الجمعية العمومية غير العادية المنعقدة بتاريخ 4/6/1997 زيادة رأس مال الشركة ليصبح 45 مليون دينار كويتي.
