Secretary - Financial department

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the accounts team
• Draft official letters and correspondence for banks and financial institutions
• Manage and organize accounting records and documents
• Handle internal communication and schedule coordination
• Support data entry in accounting systems

Draftsman (Exp. Precast Only)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and site layout for construction activities
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Use GPS, total stations, and other survey equipment
• Mark boundaries, levels, and layout points on site
• Prepare reports, drawings, and records of survey data

Senior IT Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary IT contact across all locations
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks
• Oversee data centers, servers, storage, firewalls, antivirus, and other IT infrastructure
• Provide IT support and training to employees
• Handle IT onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, and documentation
• Recommend and implement system improvements
• Maintain IT Helpdesk and supervise IT team members
• Ensure optimal performance and security of all systems
