• Employs 8,500 people (50+ nationalities)
• Distributes over 34,000 Stock Keeping Units (SKU)
• Serves over 100,000 meals a day in Kuwait, Qatar and the UAE through its catering business.
• Has a total of 130,000 square meters in food, beverage and FMCG manufacturing facilities in Kuwait, Qatar, UAE. Represents some of the biggest names in the FMCG and healthcare industries.

Accountant

General

• Age below 35
• Minimum three years’ experience
• English Good
• SAP experience
• Should be aware of warehouses & financial work
• Industry: FMCG
• Requirements: as below

Main warehouse

• Reconciliation between physical & system count
• Stock count validation
• Scrap Destruction validation wetness
• Booking the adjustments into the system after validation.
• Responsible for the warehouse cycle count whenever required
• Market Return Spot check with the warehouse (Status)
• Work to reduce the scarping root causes
• Prepare the write off form and approval

Outside Locations

• Arrangement for Bayara locations physical stock count end of the month
• Reconciliation between physical & system count
• Stock count validation
• Scrap Destruction validation wetness
• Booking the adjustments into the system after validation
• Work to reduce the scarping root causes
• Prepare the write off form and approval
• Random check Bayara locations whenever require
• Follow up & check all Bayara related transactions in system
• Regularly visit to the outside locations

Financial

• Follow up the supplier income claims Process & booking & Related …
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
