Digital Marketing Specialist

Key duties include:

• Assisting in the creation of digital marketing content such as ad copy, social media posts, blog clips, and website updates.
• Executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Supporting processes for capturing and tracking leads generated through digital channels.
• Ensuring all digital marketing content and campaigns are live and strictly adhere to our partner’s brand guidelines and requirements.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum of Diploma degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, ideally within the automotive industry or a multi-brand retail environment.
• Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns.

Senior Marketing Executive (Premium Brands)

Lead impactful campaigns, shape brand narratives, and drive growth for our luxury and popular brands. If you're a seasoned marketer with a strategic mindset and a passion for automotive, get in touch!

Key duties include:

• Developing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns (both online and offline) that align with overall business objectives for vehicle sales, aftersales service, and parts.
• Leading the planning and execution of key marketing campaigns, including new model launches, seasonal promotions, brand awareness initiatives, and customer retention programs across multiple brands.
• Contributing to the annual marketing plan and budget allocation, ensuring efficient deployment of resources for maximum impact.
• Overseeing and guiding the execution of digital marketing activities, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Developing and presenting detailed marketing reports to senior management and brand partners.
• Contributing to the overall content strategy, ensuring compelling and relevant content is produced for all marketing channels (website, social media, print, video, etc.).
• Managing relationships with external marketing agencies, media buyers, creative studios, and other vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget and timelines.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a senior executive or leadership capacity.

Marketing Executive – Premium Brands

🔹  Sales Executive – Luxury Automotive Brands

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert showroom visitors into loyal customers by understanding their needs.
• Explain car features and comparisons in detail.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle benefits.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Record data, track inventory, and support promotional displays.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in luxury vehicles.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.

🔹  Counter Salesperson – Automotive Parts

• 📍 Location: Parts Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Help customers select the right parts based on specific needs.
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) accurately.
• Provide product and technical support (installation, compatibility).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on automotive products.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Strong communication and computer skills (especially point-of-sale systems).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• تأسست شركة بهبهاني إخوان عام ١٩٥٢ على يد عائلتين، بهبهاني وشيرازي، وبدأت مسيرتها كشركة تجارة عامة. في عام ١٩٥٧، توسعت أعمالها لتشمل تجارة السيارات بالتجزئة، وأصبحت موزعًا لسيارات فولكس فاجن. في عام ١٩٦٧، أصبحت بهبهاني إخوان مستوردًا لسيارات بورشه في البحرين، وفي عام ١٩٨٤، انضمت إليها أودي. في عام ١٩٩٤، انضمت جيب، ثم كرايسلر، ودودج، ورام في عام ٢٠٠٧، وهكذا.
