QA QC Engineer Mechanical

Quality Assurance

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for AC production lines
• Maintain quality documentation (QCPs, SOPs, Work Instructions)
• Ensure compliance with AHRI, ISO 9001, UL, and CE standards

Quality Control

• Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials (coils, compressors, refrigerants)
• Perform in-process inspections (assembly, brazing, electrical testing)
• Final product testing (performance, leak, electrical safety)
• Manage calibration of test equipment (pressure gauges, multimeters)

QA/QC Engineer - Arabs

Job description

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and checklists for AC manufacturing processes.
• Monitor all stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of AC units, components, and assemblies.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Analyze non-conformance reports, perform root cause analysis, and initiate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure all quality documentation (e.g., inspection reports, test records, calibration logs) is accurate and up-to-date.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding incoming material inspections and quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 and relevant HVAC industry standards.
• Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve QA/QC performance metrics.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within HVAC or AC manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
