Job Title
Director of service delivery
- This person will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of services as part of the MOH requirements.
- This individual will be accountable for managing resources, maintaining quality standards, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the service delivery, Ability to handle complex service delivery
Service Delivery office
- This person will be responsible for running the administrative side of the operation, including but not limited to technical writers, executive secretaries, and stationery items to support the operation of this contract.
- The responsibilities of a Practice Manager Certified and Managing Professional Certified.
Portfolio Management Consultant
- Bachelor,s Degree. At least 5 years of experience in managing portfolios for large scale organizations. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT or engineering profession.
- EPM experience in government sector
Project Costing
- Bachelor,s or Diploma deg
- ree. Analytical Capabilities: Ability to break down complex technical tasks into manageable cost components.
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools: such as Excel, Primavera, MS Project, and other project management platforms.
- At least 5 years of experience in Technical Knowledge of IT/Software Projects: Understanding the technical aspects of IT or software projects to accurately estimate costs.
Program manager
- Bachelor,s or Diploma degree. Experienced in managing multiple projects, aligning technical requirements, budget, and schedule with organizational goals.
- At least 8+ years of experience in IT-related program management or technical projects, with a strong understanding of dependencies, timelines, and risks
Project Manager
- Bachelor,s or Diploma degree. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT or engineering profession. Must have at least one of the following certifications: PMP, ITXM, CSM, PRINCE2, CAPM, PMI.
Service Manager
- Bachelor,s or Diploma degree.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT or engineering profession.
- The candidate must have at least one of the following certifications: ITIL, Certified Service Manager (CSM).
Technical Support Field Engineer
- Bachelor,s or Diploma degree. 13- years of experience in desktop support. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and software support.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
