📢 We're Hiring: Assistant Sales Supervisor (B2B / HORECA)

 Join our growing team at Baraka, we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Supervisor with a passion for food, strong market knowledge, and B2B sales experience.

Requirements:

•  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
•  • Experience in F&B sales, especially HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes)
•  • Strong knowledge of the local market and customer landscape
•  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

•  • Support execution of B2B and HORECA sales strategy
•  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
•  • Track sales performance and update CRM regularly
•  • Promote products through tastings and presentations
•  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
•  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic input

Qualifications:

•  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

 Join our team at Baraka, we're looking for a skilled Coffee Roaster to help us elevate our coffee offerings across Arabic, Turkish, espresso, and specialty blends.

Requirements:

•  • 3–5 years of hands-on roasting experience
•  • Deep knowledge of Arabic, Turkish, espresso, and specialty coffee
•  • Proficient in operating modern roasters, especially Giesen W30/W15
•  • Experience in blending beans to achieve specific flavor profiles
•  • Passion for high-quality coffee and attention to detail
•  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
•  • Knowledge of green coffee sourcing and roast curves is a plus

Responsibilities:

•  • Operate and maintain Giesen W30/W15 machines
•  • Develop and refine roast profiles for different coffee styles
•  • Monitor and adjust roast variables with digital tools
•  • Create seasonal blends based on target flavor notes
•  • Conduct cuppings and sensory evaluations
•  • Collaborate with QA to maintain consistency
•  • Train junior roasters and support equipment upkeep

Qualifications & Skills:

•  • Proven roasting experience across multiple coffee styles
•  • Technical knowledge of roasting mechanics and software profiling
•  • Strong skills in cupping, flavor development, and sensory analysis
•  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills

 Baraka is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced leader to oversee multiple retail locations and drive performance across our food-related outlets (dates, coffee, sweets, etc.).

Requirements:

•  • 7–10 years of experience in sales
•  • Proven track record managing multiple branches (preferably cafes, roasteries, bakeries, or nut shops)
•  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
•  • Must own a car and hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license
•  • Currently residing in Kuwait

Responsibilities:

Planning & Budgeting

•  • Monitor market trends and assist with sales forecasting
•  • Support budgeting and resource planning

Employee Development

•  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate training & hiring

Operations Management

•  • Ensure sales targets are met across branches
•  • Oversee product displays, promotions, and implement data-driven strategies
•  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales strategy

Qualifications & Skills:

•  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
•  • Proficient in MS Office
•  • Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market, competition, and commercial regulations
•  • Knowledge of local sales protocols and ability to hit targets
•  • Professional certifications are a plus
