🔧 1. Engineer (Chemical / Petroleum)
If you hold a BSc. in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, this is your chance to work in the heart of the oil and gas industry. As an engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for drilling operations. You’ll collaborate with geologists, rig crews, and safety teams to ensure efficient and safe drilling processes. Your knowledge will help reduce environmental risks and improve operational productivity. Strong analytical skills and hands-on field experience are essential. The role involves using simulation software, optimizing production systems, and evaluating new technologies. You'll also be part of decision-making meetings to improve engineering processes. Great communication and teamwork abilities are a must.
🛢 2. Engineer (Chemical / Petroleum) – 28/28 Rotation
This rotation-based role is perfect for engineers looking to gain intensive field experience. You will live on-site for 28 days, immersed in the drilling operations. This offers an excellent opportunity for rapid career growth and field exposure. Your primary tasks include overseeing drilling equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. You’ll also liaise with offshore and onshore teams to execute drilling plans accurately. This challenging but rewarding schedule allows long off-periods for rest or personal development.
🪨 3. Geologist
As a geologist, you'll interpret rock samples and seismic data to determine the best drilling locations. You'll monitor formations during drilling and advise engineers on changes in geological conditions. Your insights help prevent drilling hazards and maximize resource extraction. This is a key position that supports both safety and productivity. Expect to spend time both in the lab and on-site. A BSc. in Geology Science and a passion for fieldwork are required. You will also work closely with the data management team to archive and analyze findings for future exploration.
🗂 4. Specialist / Coordinator
This role is ideal for candidates with a BSc. in Business Administration or equivalent. As a coordinator, you’ll manage schedules, logistics, and support operations between teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely communication and documentation flow. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. You will also participate in performance tracking and reporting. Experience in supply chain, procurement, or project coordination is a plus. This is a vital behind-the-scenes role that keeps the operation running smoothly.
🧑🔧 5. Supervisor
