Open Positions:

Facilities Manager

• The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and security of the resort’s infrastructure. This role involves managing all building systems, ensuring a smooth guest experience, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and project management skills are required.

Maintenance Manager

• The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of technicians and engineers to ensure all equipment, machinery, and facilities are functioning properly. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs. Expertise in hotel or resort operations and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Compliance Manager

• The Compliance Manager ensures the resort meets all legal, regulatory, and company standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and training staff on legal requirements. Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of industry regulations are required.

Health, Fire & Safety Manager

• This role is responsible for ensuring the health, fire, and safety standards are adhered to within the resort. The manager will conduct regular safety inspections, coordinate emergency response procedures, and train staff on safety protocols. A background in health and safety management is essential.

Soft Service Manager

• The Soft Service Manager oversees guest services such as housekeeping, laundry, and public area cleaning. This role ensures that the resort provides exceptional customer service and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Strong organizational and communication skills are key.
