• جاسترونوميكا هي شركة رائدة في تشغيل المطاعم التي تقدم مفاهيم طعام أصلية راقية محلية الصنع، ولها عمليات في الكويت والإمارات العربية المتحدة وعمان والمملكة العربية السعودية وقطر والبحرين. 
• تأسست شركة جاسترونوميكا في عام 2003 على يد باسل السالم، ولها مكاتب في الكويت ودبي.
•  بعد رعاية مفاهيمه بدوام جزئي في مطبخ منزله واختراع الكيمياء التي من شأنها تحويل منتج عادي إلى جزء أساسي من تجربة تناول الطعام الشاملة، كان باسل مستعدًا لإطلاق مطعمه الأول، b+f Burger Boutique في عام 2005، والذي أصبح معيارًا فوريًا في الصناعة.
