🚀 Open Positions :
1. Manager - Construction (Mechanical)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry
Proven track record in handling turnaround projects
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proficient in mechanical systems, equipment erection, and maintenance planning
Ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control
Ability to liaise with clients and ensure timely project delivery
Effective problem-solving and communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules
2. Engineer – Planning
6 to 8 years in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical sector
Hands-on experience with Turnaround Projects
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Projects
Capable of preparing detailed project schedules and progress reports
Should monitor project milestones and resource allocations
Experienced in coordinating with execution teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of risk management and contingency planning
Skilled in productivity analysis and cost tracking
Strong report-writing and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Engineer – Site (Mechanical)
6 to 8 years in Oil and Gas industry
Familiar with field execution and turnaround planning
Knowledge of Engineering Standards (ASME, API)
Able to lead mechanical site works efficiently
Prepare job method statements and safety procedures
Ensure compliance with technical specifications
Troubleshoot site execution challenges
Liaise with QA/QC, safety, and planning departments
Should ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery
Ability to supervise a team of technicians and contractors
4. Inspector – QA/QC (Piping)
4 to 6 years in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry
Strong QA/QC documentation and inspection skills
Familiar with codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO)
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on piping systems
Interpret project specifications and isometric drawings
Coordinate third-party inspections when required
Prepare and review inspection reports and test packages
Ensure material traceability and compliance
Capable of handling NCRs and corrective actions
Should be certified with relevant QA/QC approvals
5. Supervisor – Piping
5 to 8 years in Oil and Gas piping works
Experience in executing piping work packages
Should understand spool drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics
Good command over manpower and site activities
Ensure timely execution of tasks within HSE standards
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Coordinate material availability and work permits
Monitor daily productivity and update planning engineers
Liaise with welding and QC departments
Ensure clean and timely job closures
6. Supervisor – Painting
5 to 8 years in painting works within Oil and Gas projects
Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application methods
Familiar with paint inspection techniques (DFT, holiday test, etc.)
Manage painting crew and assign daily tasks
Ensure proper mixing and application of coatings
Able to interpret painting specifications and procedures
Coordinate with QA/QC and client for approvals
Ensure PPE compliance and safety regulations
Maintain daily reports and work logs
Oversee storage and handling of painting materials
