1. Director of Service Delivery
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of service operations across multiple projects. Leads teams to ensure high performance and efficiency. Develops strategic plans for service delivery improvements. Collaborates with clients to align expectations with outcomes. Ensures compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements. Mentors senior managers and ensures knowledge sharing across departments. Implements performance KPIs and monitors feedback. Drives innovation in client engagement and satisfaction. Prepares reports for C-level executives. Works closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
2. Service Delivery Officer
Acts as a point of contact for service-related matters. Coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Tracks project timelines and client satisfaction. Monitors KPIs and addresses performance gaps. Maintains clear documentation and reports. Supports onboarding processes for new clients. Helps streamline workflow processes. Communicates regularly with service teams. Reports directly to the Director of Service Delivery. Ensures customer expectations are consistently met.
3. Portfolio Management Consultant
Manages and optimizes a portfolio of projects. Analyzes risk and investment opportunities. Works with senior stakeholders to align portfolio strategy. Evaluates performance metrics for ongoing projects. Provides insights to enhance business value. Creates detailed reports for investment boards. Advises on resource allocation and budgeting. Uses advanced tools for portfolio analysis. Drives alignment between business goals and project execution. Supports change management and governance.
4. Project Costing
Responsible for accurate cost estimation of projects. Reviews budgets and prepares cost analysis reports. Coordinates with procurement and finance teams. Develops costing models and scenarios. Tracks cost performance and identifies overruns. Works closely with project managers to align budgets. Prepares financial documentation for stakeholders. Maintains historical cost data. Supports audit processes. Ensures transparency in cost reporting.
5. Program Manager
Leads multiple related projects within a program. Ensures alignment with organizational strategy. Coordinates between project managers and stakeholders. Manages resources across multiple projects. Oversees program-level risks and mitigation. Reports on program performance and milestones. Supports organizational change initiatives. Facilitates communication across departments. Provides strategic direction. Ensures timely delivery of outcomes.
6. Project Manager
Manages specific projects from initiation to closure. Sets project timelines and monitors milestones. Coordinates cross-functional teams. Maintains stakeholder communication and updates. Manages risks and ensures project quality. Tracks budget and resource usage. Uses project management tools and methodologies. Conducts post-project reviews. Reports on progress to senior management. Delivers successful project outcomes on time and within scope.
7. Service Manager
Ensures client satisfaction across service engagements. Manages service-level agreements (SLAs). Leads a team of service professionals. Provides training and mentorship. 8. Technical Support Field Engineer
