• We are seeking Senior Sales-Facility Management with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the same field.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and valid Kuwait driving license

Job description.

• Develop and secure new business opportunities by developing and negotiating contracts for Facility Management Services to achieve annual targets.
• Formulate and execute renewal strategies, comprehensive business plans, and strategic roadmaps for existing client accounts.
• Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities through meticulous mapping of upcoming projects and market developments.
• Engage with prospective clients to present and finalize comprehensive Facility Management agreements.

• Develop compelling business plans, tailored presentations, and persuasive proposals to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to conduct detailed site surveys, ensuring accurate
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for Tenders, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
• Implement strategies to ensure effective market penetration and achieve optimal coverage within the designated region.
• Design and implement sales strategies for the team, focusing on the development and management of strategic accounts within the assigned region.

• Conduct weekly reviews of branch sales activities, implementing corrective actions to ensure performance targets are met.
• Generate qualified leads and proactively develop a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Ensure the timely execution of all client agreements prior to contract commencement, facilitating seamless handover to planning and costing departments.
• Maintain effective coordination with the operations team to ensure a smooth and professional client onboarding and service delivery process.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applying structured sales methodologies and leveraging relevant training to enhance sales effectiveness.
• All Application should be inside Kuwait and Transferable Visa.
