Requirements:
Currently employed as an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in FMCG, Supermarket, Lifestyle, or related sectors
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
Prior GCC experience is preferred
Must hold a valid passport and be willing to relocate if needed
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and merchandising standards
Handle inventory control, staff scheduling, and store audits
Support the rollout of marketing and promotional campaigns
