We are currently looking for qualified and experienced candidates to join our team in the following positions:

1. Sales Representative – Hypermarkets

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for Hypermarkets, your main responsibility will be to oversee the distribution and sales of our products in major hypermarkets across Kuwait. You will be in charge of meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, building long-term relationships with store supervisors, and ensuring consistent availability of our products on shelves. Your duties will also include monitoring stock levels, managing in-store promotions, and ensuring all marketing materials are correctly displayed. Coordination with the marketing and logistics teams is essential to align strategies and delivery timelines. You must be able to analyze market trends and competitor activities, propose sales strategies, and report on performance regularly. The role demands a self-driven individual with strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills. You will be expected to conduct regular field visits to multiple locations, resolve customer issues effectively, and represent our brand with professionalism.

2. Promoter – Hypermarkets

Job Description:

The Promoter role in hypermarkets is centered around engaging with customers to increase brand awareness and drive product sales. You will be the direct point of contact between the company and the shopper, explaining product features, demonstrating usage, and distributing samples when needed. A big part of your job is to maintain attractive displays, ensure product availability, and collect customer feedback. You'll also be responsible for keeping promotional stands clean, organized, and fully stocked. The position requires you to be approachable, well-groomed, and confident in communication. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, is essential. Your energy and positivity will help influence purchasing decisions and enhance the customer experience. Experience in retail promotions or customer service is highly preferred, and knowledge of the product is a plus.

3. Sales Representative – Co-Operative Societies (CO OPS)

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for CO OPS, you will manage our product distribution and sales within various co-operative societies across Kuwait. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating with purchasing managers, and securing prominent shelf space for our products. You’ll be expected to ensure consistent stock levels, develop strong working relationships with CO OP staff, and regularly visit each location under your portfolio. Additionally, you will monitor competitors' activities, track sales data, and contribute to market analysis reports. You should have a solid understanding of how CO OPS operate in Kuwait and the ability to adapt your sales approach accordingly. Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills are required, along with the capacity to work independently. Meeting sales objectives while upholding the company’s image and customer satisfaction is key to success in this position.

4. Promoter – Co-Operative Societies (CO OPS)

Job Description:

This position is focused on increasing product visibility and customer interest at CO OP locations. You will represent the brand through direct interaction with shoppers, showcasing products, answering inquiries, and offering samples. Your role also includes setting up promotional stands, maintaining clean and organized display areas, and supporting marketing activities during campaigns. You will track customer responses and report daily activities and observations to the sales team. The job requires you to be energetic, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience in CO OPS or similar retail promotion roles is beneficial. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to move between locations is essential. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys interacting with people.

Job Requirements for All Positions:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role

• Must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license and own a car

• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait

• Valid transferable residency is required
