Commercial Director (Director of Sales & Marketing)
- The Commercial Director forms a part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel.
- Will oversee and lead all Sales, Marketing, PR and Revenue activities with the support of teams including Sales, Catering, Reservations, Advertising, and Public Relations for the Hotel and ensures that all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied.
- We are looking for individuals who are strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in both Sales and Marketing.
- Applicants need to evidence strong revenue and budget management skills, have a creative flair for marketing, have good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership.
- Regular travel is required with this position.
Executive Pastry Chef
- Minimum 3-5 years of similar management experience in Pastry Kitchen’s operations.
- Demonstrate adaptability to deliver creativity and innovation in a fast-paced operating environment.
- Knowledge of spoken and written English language
- The ability to oversee all aspects of the pastry operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training, and team's performance management.
- The ability to coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
- The ability to oversee the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration

- The ability to maintain control systems that will assure quality and portion consistency, monitor food shipments to ensure they meet established purchasing specifications as well and foster an awareness of the importance of food preparation and quality
- You actively attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments

Reservations and Communications Agent (Arabic Speaker)
- Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
- Capture sales for incoming calls related to room, spa, restaurant reservations and in-room dining requests. Accurately coordinate details of each reservation or request.
- Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, and Department Head.
- Manage the general reservations and guest communication e-mail inboxes.
- Accepts and delivers mobile instant messages, wake-up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner.
- Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.
- Contact guests to communication and obtain pre-arrival information.
- Confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations, clear waitlisted reservations.
- Run appropriate reports checking for special requests or those requiring procedural actions, hard block key room assignments, inform Manager of any reservation requiring Special Attention.
- Assist GRS in guest recognition efforts by pre-clearing reservations to identify existing return guest profiles and acknowledge those requiring VIP or Special Attention.
Director of SPA
- Strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in both sales and marketing of the Spa.
- Understanding of market trends and need to put together sound business plans.
- Creative flair to create a tasteful spa environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership.
- Applicants are required to have 5+ years of relevant luxury Spa leadership experience in the similar role.
Accounting Generalist
- Must have the commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Finance Office.
- Establish and maintain files on all hotel licenses, contracts, leases, and agreements with coordination of the outsource Capgemini team and update the monthly contract observation report.
- Communicate all-important property information to Accounting Outsource – Capgemini Team.
- Prepare the Daily Mail Cash Receipts (DMCR) Listing to ensure segregation of duties among clerical staff.
- Prepare the daily Cash Clearance Journal Voucher Entry, and review the Over/Short reconciliation on daily basis.
- Assist in A/R guest folio requests and process guest disputes when guest requests.
- Handles day audit processes and reconciliations.
- Carry out the Accounts Receivable process, including debtors' aging and collection.
- Assist in delivering the Accounts Payable cheques to vendors and suppliers to ensure segregation of duties from clerical staff.
- Prepare the weekly Food Cost Report.
- Update the Foreign Currency Exchange Rates on the PMS.
- Assist with TACS if needed with Capgemini and Reservation Manager.
