Sr. Workplace Designer

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in architectural drafting and AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of space management principles and workplace design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and building codes/regulations is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management companies.

Sr. Financial Analyst - Chery Automotive

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist FM/FD in business budgeting, forecasting by working with operations through  collection and analysis of financial data
  • Prepare reports for internal & external customers such as vendors/suppliers etc.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators. 
  • Analyze business performance & provide commentary on reasons for changes.
  • Compute NPV and IRR for small value capital expenditure/AFE by integrating with operations.
  • Review provisions/expenses/revenue leakage etc. and help FM in managing the profitability.
  • Support operations manager/GM etc. on adhoc requests
  • Review work of FA

Sr. Team Leader - Warehouse

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Supervisors in any Warehouse activities specifically ensuring task will be completed as per management requirements
  • Provide system and floor operations support to Supervisor to achieve daily task 
  • Cater Business demand in coordination with Supervisor In-charge  
  • Responsible to ensure that personnel had been following rules and protocol for inbound and outbound operations and as per agreed  standard requirements with management
  • Support Supervisor in implementation of task assigned  as per group or Business 
  • Support Supervisor in implementation of Safety in Work place and provide feedbacks concerning safety issues in his area
  • Will support Supervisors to maintain  bin accuracy and will report any discrepancy
  • Maintain highest standards of housekeeping
  • Ensure/Assist in the making daily and monthly reports submitted to management
  • Provide assistance in stock counting
  • Provide assistance in value added activities (Xcite Online activities / Labeling etc/ warehouse projects for improvements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance

Sales Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide the team on day-to-day operations requirements.
  • Update respective customers with shipment status reports on a weekly basis or whenever required.
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders to resolve any operation issues.
  • Co-ordinate with the vendors to make sure customer’s requirements are fulfilled in timely manner.

  • Analyse delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule
  • Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately
  • Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
  • Collect payments from customer at the time of product delivery
  • Inform on new products and services
  • Perform vehicle inspection such as checking tire pressure
  • Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenances
  • Adhere to company operating policies and procedures
  • Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork
  • Maintain the vehicle clean and safe
  • Promote our products, distribute door hangers and promotional materials

Sales Relationship Consultant

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives 
  • Maintains good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations 
  • Answers customers’ questions on the phone or introduces or refers callers to the appropriate person 
  • Ensures customers’ awareness of all products and services available 
  • Resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed 
  • Addresses customer hesitation and resistance 
  • Calculates cost allowances, fees, financing costs and down payments to arrive at the price of a vehicle 
  • Ensures that the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately documented and registered 
  • Conducts a memorable hand over with the customer 
  • Networks by asking for referrals and following up on prospects (telephone prospecting/canvassing)

  • Captures prospect information and maintains a prospect database

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, train and motivate a team of delivery drivers, installers and Admin staff
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Rollout Last Mile Delivery for scheduling and routing to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze delivery processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement technology solutions and best practices to streamline operations
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for delivery operations.
  • Monitor Net Promoters Scores and resolve delivery issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensuring delivery accuracy and timelines to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to staff on their work techniques and introduction to new products or methods.
  • Implement strategies to improve the customer delivery experience.
