Senior Engineer Structural Design - Cadmatic - Superyacht (Relocation to Dubai Required)
About the Job: As a Senior Shipbuilding Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop the structural design and perform calculations for superyachts and workboats. This will require close collaboration during the concept design and engineering stages to ensure that the vessel complies with all legal, client, and quality standards.
What Do We Expect from You?
To succeed in the role of Senior Structural Engineer, you must hold an MSc or BSc in Naval Architecture Engineering or another similar technical discipline. You should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience and knowledge in basic and detail design. Familiarity with ANSYS (Mechanical Workbench/APDL) or equivalent software, AutoCAD, and CADMATIC Hull (or similar software) is required.
Key Requirements:
- FE model generation starting from basic design drawings.
- Performing FE analysis on local and global models.
- Reading and interpreting results and generating reports.
- Good understanding of Classification society rules and regulations.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Development of 2D scantling plan drawings, including calculations, for the construction of superyachts.
- Creating construction arrangements and conducting longitudinal strength calculations to ensure structural integrity.
- Collaborating throughout the design and engineering process to ensure compliance with statutory, non-statutory, and client requirements.
Additional Requirements (A Plus):
- Preparation of 3D models in integrated software design (Ship 3D model for basic/detail engineering).
- Preparation of documentation for class approval.
مهندس تصميم هيكلي أول - كادميتيك - اليخوت الفاخرة (الانتقال إلى دبي مطلوب)
عن الوظيفة: بصفتك مهندس بناء سفن أول، ستكون مسؤولاً أساسياً عن تطوير التصميم الهيكلي وإجراء الحسابات لليخوت الفاخرة ووسائل النقل البحرية. يتطلب ذلك التعاون الوثيق خلال مراحل تصميم المفهوم والهندسة لضمان امتثال السفينة لجميع المعايير القانونية ومعايير العملاء والجودة.
ما الذي نتوقعه منك؟
للنجاح في دور مهندس هيكل أول، يجب أن تحمل درجة الماجستير أو البكالوريوس في هندسة معماريات السفن أو أي تخصص فني مماثل. يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات ومعرفة في التصميم الأساسي والتفصيلي. يجب أن تكون ملمًا ببرمجيات ANSYS (Workbench/APDL) أو ما يعادلها، AutoCAD، وكادميتيك هول (أو أي برنامج مشابه).
المتطلبات الرئيسية:
- إنشاء نماذج العناصر المحدودة بدءًا من رسومات التصميم الأساسية.
- إجراء تحليل العناصر المحدودة على النماذج المحلية والعالمية.
- قراءة النتائج وتفسيرها وإنشاء التقارير.
- فهم جيد لقوانين ومتطلبات جمعيات التصنيف.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- تطوير رسومات خطة الهيكل الثنائي الأبعاد، بما في ذلك الحسابات، لبناء اليخوت الفاخرة.
- إنشاء ترتيبات البناء وإجراء حسابات القوة الطولية لضمان التكامل الهيكلي.
- التعاون طوال عملية التصميم والهندسة لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية وغير القانونية ومتطلبات العميل.
المتطلبات الإضافية (ميزة إضافية):
- إعداد نموذج ثلاثي الأبعاد في تصميم البرمجيات المتكاملة (نموذج سفينة 3D للتصميم الأساسي/التفصيلي).
- إعداد الوثائق للموافقة من قبل الجمعية.
