Important and urgent.  Kuwait Heat Transfer Cois looking for candidates to fill the following position. It has announced job opportunities for the following specializations  

• We started operations in Kuwait market in 1991 with distribution of radiator cores. Established under the name of ‘Desert Radiator’ we started our own shop in Shuwaikh Area for selling radiators and cores. 
• A year later in 1992, our workshop was established, and we made the entry in the market for repair and maintenance services.

• It was a team of seven employees back then which kept growing at an accelerating rate in terms of not just employee strength but also our scope of work. 
• With the vision to provide better repair and maintenance services to a larger customer base, our repair services for heat exchangers were started in 1998. Requirements

HVAC Design Engineer:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

• Read and write English or Arabic

• Valid driver’s license

QC Inspector:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of welding inspection experience (preferably heat exchangers)

• Certification: CSWIP 3.1 mandatory, CSWIP 3.2 preferred

• Knowledge of ASME codes, AWS D1.1, NDT methods

• Proficiency in MS Office and inspection software/tools

• NDT Level II certification (PT, MT, UT, RT) preferred

Responsibilities

HVAC Design Engineer:

• Develop and deliver customized cooling, energy-saving, and air-quality improvement solutions

• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and project teams to create tailored solutions

• Educate customers on consulting services and build strong relationships with local and international partners

• Study market trends and customer needs to improve solutions

• Support and train sales staff on technical capabilities

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and quality delivery

• Maintain project documentation and share insights with management

• Contribute to shifting the company toward project-based solution offerings

QC Inspector:

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welding and fabrication for heat exchangers and pressure vessels

• Ensure compliance with ASME and applicable welding/fabrication standards

• Review and verify WPS, PQR, WPQ, material traceability, and engineering specifications

• Monitor pre-weld, during-weld, and post-weld processes and conduct NDT inspections (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT)

• Identify and document non-conformities, recommend corrective actions

• Maintain welding inspection records and quality reports

• Coordinate with production, welding, engineering teams, third-party inspectors, and customers

• Assist in audits and regulatory compliance per ASME and ISO 9001

المتطلبات

المسؤوليات

مهندس تصميم HVAC:

• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والمشتريات والمشاريع لإنشاء حلول مخصصة

• توعية العملاء بخدمات الاستشارات وبناء علاقات قوية مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين

• دراسة اتجاهات السوق واحتياجات العملاء لتحسين الحلول

• دعم وتدريب فريق المبيعات على القدرات التقنية

• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع لضمان التنفيذ السلس والجودة العالية

• الحفاظ على وثائق المشاريع ومشاركة الرؤى مع الإدارة

• المساهمة في تحويل الشركة نحو تقديم حلول قائمة على المشاريع

مفتش جودة (QC Inspector):

• إجراء فحوصات بصرية وأبعادية لعمليات اللحام والتصنيع للمبادلات الحرارية وأوعية الضغط

• التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير ASME ومعايير اللحام والتصنيع

• مراجعة والتحقق من WPS و PQR و WPQ، وتتبع المواد والامتثال للمواصفات الهندسية

• مراقبة العمليات قبل وأثناء وبعد اللحام وإجراء فحوصات NDT (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT)

• تحديد وتوثيق عدم المطابقة، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية

• الاحتفاظ بسجلات التفتيش والتقارير الخاصة بالجودة

• التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج واللحام والهندسة والمفتشين الخارجيين والعملاء

• المساعدة في التدقيق والامتثال التنظيمي وفق ASME و ISO 9001
