ACCOUNTS MANAGER

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing customer relationships
• Driving revenue growth and retention.
• Resolving client issues and concerns.
• Developing account strategies
• Monitoring account performance.
• Gathering customer feedback and insights.
• Any other task as delegated by management from time to time.

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Tender & Bid Management
• 2. Sales & Business Development
• 3. Distributor Business Management
• 4. Consultant Pre-Qualification
• 5. Payment & Collections
• 6. Saudi Market Development
• 7. Office Management
• 8. Reporting & Communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in Managerial or similar supervisory role, preferably in the construction, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven history of achieving sales targets and successfully managing tender processes.
• Strong understanding of the Bahraini market dynamics and business landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in any ERP software’s and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is advantage.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.
