Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical & ELV construction projects

• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities

• Valid driver’s license

• Proven experience coordinating tender functions and liaising with vendors and internal teams

• Strong business and commercial understanding

• Self-motivated leader with organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, DIALux, Circuit Engineering Designs, MATLAB, PLC Controllers/Automation, Renewable Energy Systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems

Responsibilities

• Determine cost estimate targets during design and development, recommending cost-effective solutions

• Gather proposals, specifications, and related documents for project planning

• Conduct detailed tender reviews including contract and commercial term analysis and risk assessment

• Prepare accurate cost estimations and competitive techno-commercial offers

• Build and maintain a vendor database

• Prepare variation estimations and coordinate with project execution and commercial teams

• Manage electrical work projects including engineering and execution
