Entertainment & Events Creative Director
Role Overview:
- The Creative Director will lead the creative vision and strategy for all entertainment programming, including musicals, theatre, concerts, and comedy.

Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute creative strategies for entertainment programs.
- • Oversee concept development, scripting, staging, and overall artistic direction.
- • Collaborate with producers, directors, writers, and designers.
- • Manage creative teams and foster a culture of innovation.
- • Ensure productions meet artistic quality and audience engagement goals.
- • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative practices.
Qualifications:
- • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role in entertainment.
- • Strong background in theatre, music, or live performance production.
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- • Innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience experience.
Theater Technical Director
Role Overview:
- The Technical Director will lead all technical aspects of our productions, including lighting, sound, stage engineering, rigging, and video.
- This role ensures that all technical elements run smoothly and safely, supporting the creative vision with the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Oversee technical planning, installation, and operation of lighting, sound, video, and stage equipment.
- • Collaborate with the Creative Director and production teams to meet artistic and technical goals.
- • Manage technical crew and subcontractors.
- • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during rehearsals and performances.
- • Maintain and upgrade technical equipment inventory.
Qualifications:
- • Extensive experience as a Technical Director or senior technical role in live entertainment.
- • Deep knowledge of lighting, sound, rigging, and stage mechanics.
- • Strong leadership and team management skills.
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
