Required jobs in Dasman Diabetes and their details:
Clinical Main Receptionist/ Operator- Kuwaiti Nationals
Responsibilities
- Ensure all assigned clinics appointments are confirmed, filling the empty slots, and checking the required clinical procedures. Audit the clinical preparation process for the assigned clinics.
- Check-in patients as soon as shown in the clinic reception and performing the cashiering tasks and the insurance claims according to DDI policies and procedures.
- Investigate the no-show’s patients on daily basis and prepare the no show report for the assigned clinics.
- Prepare patient folders for newly admitted patients, assembling records into standard order.
- Send Satisfaction survey for patients according to clinic as per super visor instruction
- Ensure that all relevant patient folders are available for appointments at clinics, obtaining the signature of the nurse receiving the folders.
- Compiles statistical data for each clinic daily, monthly, and yearly to show number of new patients, follow-up patients, no-show patients and waiting lists for new referrals and follow-up clinics.
- Apply the ‘out guide’ and ‘medical requisition form’ booking system when receiving patient records from, or when returning them to, the medical records filing room or when receiving patient folders from other clinics.
- Prepare clinical appointment lists and other patient information requests, as required by DDI clinical staff
- Prepare clinical medical forms, by adding patient information, prior to the patient’s appointment.
- Receives patient folders from clinical nurses, ensuring new records are scanned and entered in the standard order and are correctly stamped and signed.
- Return patient records to the medical records filing room, filing the patient folders in accordance with filing system of the medical records filing room.
- Provide information of a general nature to authorized requestors.

المسؤوليات
- تأكد من تأكيد جميع مواعيد العيادات المُخصصة، وملء الشواغر، والتحقق من الإجراءات السريرية المطلوبة. راجع عملية التحضير السريري للعيادات المُخصصة.
- تسجيل دخول المرضى فور ظهورهم في مكتب الاستقبال بالعيادة وأداء مهام الصرافة ومطالبات التأمين وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات DDI.
- التحقق من المرضى الذين لم يحضروا إلى العيادات بشكل يومي وإعداد تقرير عدم الحضور للعيادات المخصصة.
- إعداد ملفات المرضى للمرضى الجدد، وتجميع السجلات بالترتيب القياسي.
- إرسال استبيان رضا للمرضى حسب العيادة وحسب تعليمات المشرف
- التأكد من توفر جميع المجلدات الخاصة بالمرضى للمواعيد في العيادات، والحصول على توقيع الممرضة التي تستقبل المجلدات.
- تجميع البيانات الإحصائية لكل عيادة يوميًا وشهريًا وسنويًا لإظهار عدد المرضى الجدد ومرضى المتابعة والمرضى المتخلفين وقوائم الانتظار للإحالات الجديدة وعيادات المتابعة.
- تطبيق نظام الحجز "دليل الخروج" و"نموذج الطلب الطبي" عند استلام سجلات المرضى من غرفة حفظ السجلات الطبية أو عند إعادتها إليها أو عند استلام ملفات المرضى من عيادات أخرى.
- إعداد قوائم المواعيد السريرية وطلبات معلومات المرضى الأخرى، حسب متطلبات الموظفين السريريين في DDI
- إعداد النماذج الطبية السريرية، بإضافة معلومات المريض، قبل موعد المريض.
- يتلقى مجلدات المرضى من الممرضات السريريات، ويتأكد من مسح السجلات الجديدة وإدخالها بالترتيب القياسي وختمها وتوقيعها بشكل صحيح.
- إعادة سجلات المرضى إلى غرفة حفظ السجلات الطبية، وترتيب ملفات المرضى وفقًا لنظام الملفات الخاص بغرفة حفظ السجلات الطبية.
- توفير معلومات ذات طبيعة عامة للمتقدمين المعتمدين.
- الحفاظ على السرية والأمان والتحكم في الوصول إلى السجلات.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الزوار/المرضى إما عن طريق الهاتف أو وجهاً لوجه.
- توجيه المرضى والزوار إلى المناطق/العيادات ذات الصلة.
- إدارة وصول المرضى إلى العيادات المطلوبة.
- تغطية العيادات المخصصة لموظف الاستقبال السريري الآخر في وقت الإجازة أو الغياب الآخر.
- اتصل بالمشاركين في البحث حسب التوجيهات.
- استقبال ومتابعة جميع طلبات المرضى من خلال تقرير التدقيق الأسبوعي بما في ذلك الرد المتأخر والتأكد من الرد على جميع طلبات المرضى خلال أسبوعين.
- العمل كموظف استقبال في DDI في وقت الإجازة، أثناء وقت الاستراحة، أو الغياب الآخر.
