 Senior QA/QC Engineer – Immediate Hiring in Kuwait! 🇰🇼

Lead quality assurance and control on prestigious construction projects in Shuwaikh and Al-Shadadiyah with a top Indian construction company. This is your chance to steer high-profile buildings and hospitals towards excellence.

### Advantages

### Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in Kuwait’s construction industry

• Proven expertise in high-rise, commercial, and hospital projects

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation

• Valid Kuwait residency visa and available for immediate joining

### Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control planning, resourcing, and documentation

• Lead QC Inspectors and Technicians, including off-site personnel

• Develop and implement inspection and test plans (ITPs)

• Conduct site inspections ensuring compliance with quality standards

• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and report quality deficiencies

• Prepare regular QC reports and maintain documentation

• Audit subcontractors and provide training on quality procedures
