Account Manager - SMB 

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium size partners ensuring world class customer service is provided to build strong partnerships with Deliveroo and our restaurants
• Support growth of partners through a variety of communication methods, including email, phone, online presentations and meetings where needed
• Maintain long-term relationships with our partner base, ensuring the best service is provided so our partners can be successful on our platform
• Negotiating with partners to reach favourable outcomes including contracts, renewals, extensions, product launches and advertising revenue
• Be they point representative of your partners and liaise effectively with our teams to resolve partner needs

Rider Support Manager - Kuwait 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the Rider Support strategy and initiatives for Kuwait, aiming to sustainably foster a well-performing and supported delivery fleet while maintaining the strongest rider proposition aligned with business needs.
• Manage and scale the Rider Support team, covering tasks such as direct rider off-order support & rider training. 
• Liaise with other areas regarding cross-initiatives to optimize rider support, maintain a strong rider proposition, and assist in business-wide initiatives such as public affairs and PR-related matters.
• Own the rider lifecycle and its related metrics from training onwards.
• Liaise with rider-hiring agencies to ensure proper fleet performance and measurement.
• Seek standardization regarding rider-related processes, such as KPI measurement.
• Serve as the point of contact for any Rider Support matters related to the Kuwait market.

ODG & Retail Associate 

Operational & Store Performance Support

• Conduct regular store visits to assess picker efficiency, fulfilment accuracy, and store compliance with Deliveroo procedures.
• Track store B10 metrics (amended orders, missing items, cancellations, substitutions) and propose corrective actions.
• Train store pickers on Deliveroo’s order fulfilment process, focusing on order prioritization, substitution handling, and picking accuracy.
• Ensure in-store hardware (tablets, POS systems) is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues with store staff.
