Job Requirements:

• 📍 Kuwait 
• 🏗 Commercial + Residential Projects
• 🕛 Full-Time
• 💼 8+ Years Experience

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• BA/BS in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 8+ years experience in architectural design coordination (commercial/residential preferred).
• Proficient in MEP coordination and design integration.
• Strong, current knowledge of materials and production.
• Excellent written, oral, visual communication and verbal interpretation skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong end-to-end project management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in: 3D Max, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD (3D/2D), Adobe Creative Cloud.

Job Purpose

• Seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design from concept to completion. Must possess strong knowledge of design, materials, and detailing for both architecture and interiors.
• The role requires managing multiple projects, producing high-quality detailed design and full tender packages under strict timelines.
