Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Civil Engineering

• 3 to 8 years of practical experience in telecom infrastructure implementation

• Strong expertise in OFC deployment: supervision, installation, splicing, testing, commissioning

• Experience in preparing TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report), site surveys, and field documentation

• Previous work experience in Kuwait or the Gulf region preferred

• Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Age limit: Up to 45 years

Responsibilities

• Supervise, install, test, operate, and execute Optical Fiber Cable works

• Prepare TSSR and other technical survey documents

• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards

• Monitor site progress and report daily to stakeholders

• Support troubleshooting and resolve project issues promptly
