Are you detail-oriented and organized? Or do you have civil engineering expertise with experience in PAHW projects? We’re looking for skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects in Kuwait. 🕒 Position: Time Keeper

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or relevant qualification

• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role

• Languages: Proficient in Arabic and English (reading and writing)

• Skills: Strong MS Office proficiency and data entry accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and track employee work hours using timekeeping systems

• Log attendance, overtime, breaks, and leave days

• Ensure compliance with shift schedules and attendance policies

• Provide reports for payroll and management

• Support payroll preparation through precise time data

• Respond to employee inquiries about their time records

• Maintain confidentiality of employee records

• Collaborate with HR to ensure labor law and company policy compliance

• Input MIF data in NetSuite

🏗️ Position: Roads Engineer

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in road infrastructure projects

• Approvals: Must have prior PAHW approvals

• Certifications: PMP or equivalent

• Skills: Strong in quantity surveying and project scheduling

• Experience with handing over completed works to PAHW

• Ability to develop monthly schedules aligned with project baseline
