Experienced Associate - Transaction Fraud

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring payment transactions for any suspicious or unusual activity
• Ensure that daily business activities are carried out with minimal errors
• Maintain accurate records of all fraudulent cases
• Analyze transaction data to identify emerging fraud trends or patterns
• Prepare MIS reports on fraud transactions and any other authorization related exceptions to the line manager
• Assist line manager with any other activities or responsibilities assigned from time to time
• Assist in testing and implementing recommended rule changes or any other system enhancement

Functional skills and competencies:

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
