Field Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

What You will Do:

• · Achieve sales targets in your assigned area through strategic planning and execution.
• · Lead, coach, and support a team of 2–3 Product Specialists via regular field visits, reviews, and planning.
• · Build lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals.
• · Preparing, giving and following up on Group presentations.
• · Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• · Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• · Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• · 5+ years of pharma sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• · Experience in Pediatrics, ENT, or Rare Diseases preferred.
• · Strong interpersonal, coaching, and territory management skills.
• · Analytical mindset and strategic thinking
• · Strong leadership and coaching abilities

• · Proficiency in CRM tools
