Are you passionate about healthcare insurance and currently residing in Kuwait? Lothan Hospital, known for its exceptional patient care and progressive work culture, is on the lookout for a committed and experienced Insurance Manager to take the lead in our growing insurance operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end claims process, from submission to approval and resubmission

• Investigate and resolve rejected claims in coordination with internal teams

• Track insurance payments, reconcile discrepancies, and produce accurate reports

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers

• Ensure all insurance processes comply with regulatory standards and are well-documented

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Strong experience in hospital insurance operations in Kuwait

• Deep understanding of Kuwait’s healthcare insurance system, including e-claim platforms and billing systems

• Experience handling the complete insurance claims lifecycle

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in insurance or revenue cycle is highly desirable
