• The school was named by The Martyr Asrar Al Qabandi who was executed on 13/1/1991 during the Iraqi invasion in Kuwait and buried in Al-Reqa cemetery.
•  She contacted the Kuwaiti political leadership outside Kuwait and followed their instructions.
•  She took an honorable stand during the occupation days with the resistance groups. May God rest her soul in peace.
