Are you ready to lead a professional cleaning team in a growing company? Super Clean Company for Cleaning Services is looking for a qualified Cleaning Services Supervisor to manage residential and vehicle cleaning operations. If you have the skills and experience, we want you on our team!

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential and car cleaning services

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising cleaning teams

• Familiarity with deep cleaning procedures for homes and vehicles

• Ability to organize work schedules and oversee team performance

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong commitment to quality and professional standards

• Location: Kuwait

• Hiring from inside Kuwait only

• Must have a transferable visa (Article 18)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning activities for both homes and vehicles

• Manage, train, and motivate cleaning staff

• Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction

• Coordinate cleaning schedules and respond to urgent requests

• Report operational issues and suggest improvements

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
