Senior Corporate Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the corporate market.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through strategic account planning and relationship building.
• Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

• University Degree Holder.
• 5 to 7 Years experience in Sales and/or Account Management, preferably in telecom.
• Strong Solutions selling experience.
• Excellent knowledge in Managed Services, Cloud Services, Connectivity and Cybersecurity.
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• CRM literate, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.
• Excellent Presentation skills and report creation.
• Strong analytical proficiency.
