Role Summary

• Responsible for managing the kitchen operations for the assigned cinema site and leading the culinary team. 
• This person is accountable for the kitchen's inventory, financials including food cost, consumables, training and development of the culinary team, food and hygiene and health and safety, to deliver consistent quality, whilst enhancing customer experience.

Commercial Manager - Fresh Food

ROLE PROFILE

• Implement effective strategies for sourcing goods and maintaining desired stock levels.
• Prepare and review purchase details of orders and deliveries.
• Engage in souring the best quality products for competitive prices aligned with the organisation’s objectives
• Develop a cost scenario analysis, and benchmarking for the sourcing function when required.
• Identify profitable suppliers and initiate partnerships.

Associate Manager - Fulfillment

Role Summary

• The Associate Manager - Fulfillment is responsible of managing the day-to-day execution of company’s E-Commerce Operations which includes Picking, Marshalling and Dispatching activities. He / She should drive the team to increase the efficiency and work towards the organizational goals. 
• Also, the role holder should liaise with the store and make sure that the customers are fully satisfied with the online services in terms of on time delivery, freshness, quality and fulfillment of their order. When /if required the role holder takes on a leading role, if there are issues with FF field.

Commercial Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• · Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
• · Master’s Degree is advantageous
• · 5 – 7 years in similar position
• · 2 – 4 years in retail/FMCG industry is preferred

Manager - Commercial

ROLE PROFILE

•  Implement effective strategies for sourcing goods and maintaining desired stock levels.
•  Research and review new products to meet company's goals.
•  Prepare and review purchase details of orders and deliveries.
•  Research and suggest new suppliers with long-term cost savings or quality improvement.
•  Engage in souring the best quality products for competitive prices aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
•  Manage the issuances of tenders and RFQs to the market in coordination with the relevant business users within MAF Retail.
•  Stay abreast of shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers.
•  Develop a cost scenario analysis, and benchmarking for the sourcing function when required.
•  Identify vendors with good standing and suppliers to develop future partnerships with.
•  Control spending and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
•  Master’s Degree is advantageous
•  5 – 7 years in similar position
•  2 – 4 years in retail/FMCG industry is preferred
