🔹 Requirements

1. Heavy / Light Vehicle Drivers:

• Valid General or Private driving license

• Experience driving in Kuwait is preferred

• Must be available to join immediately

2. Fleet Controller:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle/fleet management

• Preferred: Arabic nationality

• Strong skills in vehicle maintenance management, driver coordination, data analysis, and reporting

3. Senior HR Officer:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR management

• Preferred: F&B or restaurant industry background

• Proficient in both Arabic and English

• Hands-on experience in Odoo HRMS

4. HR Officer:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources

• Preferred: F&B or hospitality industry background

• Good command of Arabic and English

• Practical experience using Odoo HRMS

 Responsibilities

Drivers:

• Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries and logistics

• Comply with traffic and safety regulations

• Support warehouse and operations when needed

Fleet Controller:

• Monitor and manage daily movement of vehicles

• Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are conducted on time

• Coordinate driver schedules and routes

• Track fleet KPIs and prepare detailed reports

HR Roles (Sr. HR Officer & HR Officer):

• Handle end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance

• Maintain and analyze HR data via Odoo system

• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws

• Support employee engagement initiatives and development programs
