Outside sales engineer residential and VRF Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Outside Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for RLC (Residential Light Commercial) & VRFs.
• Engage with contractors, and end-users to promote our product offerings.
• Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.

Senior Sales Engineer HVAC  

Requirements

We are looking for people who has a minimum you must have:

• 5-7 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, specifically with chillers and air handling units.
• Proven experience in developing and closing large-scale HVAC projects.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, particularly chillers, AHUs, and related equipment.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Respond to inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

BMS/Control Technician 

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure that main contractors, technicians, and sub-contractor follow the defined safety Guidelines & rules at work.
• Responsible to maintain customer satisfaction by identifying concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing internal and external communication plans with stakeholders to communicate project status.
• Direct Reporting to the Project engineer and follow the schedule and guidance.
• Follow up Consultant approval on the submittal.
• Follow up for delivery of Materials Carry out site survey for estimation.

• Coordinate with customer for Factory acceptance test/Site acceptance test.
• Site supervision, Testing & Commissioning, Integration of systems and final Handing over of the Project
• Wiring, termination, testing and commissioning of BMS System & Chiller Plant Controls System.
• Documentation/Reports to be maintained throughout the life cycle of the Project.
• On time submission of Reports & Timesheets
• To comply with any additional work-related assignment as instructed by Management
• 100% compliance with EH&S regulations
• 100% compliance with Approval Matrix

Service Sales Engineer HVAC

Responsibilities:

• To ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and meeting financial targets.
• Prepares the monthly sales forecast according to the Service Requirements and presents it to management.
• Executes customer visit schedules on weekly basis.
• Interact with customers to increase sales, increase market share, increase product awareness, and educate customers.
• Prepares required technical report (compressor inspection report, maintenance report and unit inspection report) with the technical team and delivers to customers.
