Store Manager - Carolina Herrera

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationship with customers and create future potential selling opportunities
• Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with relevant stakeholders in the back-office team.
• Think hybrid by leveraging all type of point of sales online and offline.
• Team Leadership and Development

• Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store’s vision and key directions
• Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents
• Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness and be the voice of the employees when needed by sharing any of their feedback, challenges and concerns with the leadership and HR teams.
• Act as a coach for the team members and promote growth mindset by leveraging the Group’s available learning tools and platforms an constantly monitor the team’s development plans and professional growth.
• Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented in a transparent manner.

Client Advisor- ZIMMERMANN (Female Only)  

What you’ll be doing: 

• We are searching for candidates who embody the Zimmermann brand, bringing optimism, creativity and sophistication to everything they do.
• We are looking for candidates with experience in a luxury retail environment, and who are passionate about creating an elevated and memorable client service experience. We value impeccable attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to achieve goals!

As a Client Advisor, your key responsibilities include:

• Providing our clients with a memorable shopping experience
• Establishing and developing relationships with Zimmermann clients
• Achieving sales targets and upholding Zimmermann brand standards including store presentation and stock and inventory

Associate - Talent Acquisition (National Talent Priority)

Key Responsibilities Include:

• - Work closely with the TA team to understand the job requirements
• - Attend briefing meetings with recruiters & hiring managers as and when required
• - Create engaging job adverts that attract applicants and sharing across all relevant job portals
• - Create longlists of matching candidates to review with the TA team
• - Screen and schedule interviews for relevant candidates
• - Share feedback and updates with active candidates & recruiters
• - Provide update reports and ensure systems compliance for each role
• - Use relevant selection tools to assess candidates (including competency based interviews, assessment centres, psychometric evaluations and all other applicable tests)
• - Develop, proactively, a pool of qualified candidates for critical roles as per TA team directions
